State of the art, fully automatic with multifunctional features, is how you would characterize our machines. Our CNC auto lathes are built-in with high precision ball screws, servo motors, and combined with FANUC and PC based CNC controllers. Their processing functions include turning, milling, drilling, tapping, cutting, side milling, side drilling and side tapping. All of these processing functions can be completed in one process thereby producing high precision components within a short period of time. 

We currently have 23 hi-tech CNC auto lathes with barfeeders in the production facility which are differentiated as follows: 

1 set of Swiss type (Ø36mm) with C-axis, sub-spindle (C-axis), side and cross milling function.
1 set of Swiss type (Ø32mm) with C-axis, sub-spindle (C-axis), side and cross milling function.
2 sets of Swiss type (Ø25mm) with C-axis, side and cross milling function.
1 sets of Swiss type (Ø36mm) with C-axis, side and cross milling function.
2 sets of Turret type (Ø52mm) without tail stock.
5 sets of Turret type (Ø42mm) with tail stock.
11 sets of Turret type (Ø42mm) without tail stock.
